The weaving looms we employ (sulzer and saurer ) are two brands known for their high quality terry production with very less rejections. Our loom setup is totally electronically controlled for regular and fancy changes. All looms are serviced by a vacuum cleaning system to ensure least fluff on looms and with in the weaving shed.
Thesemachines are capable of making 100% Cotton Cellular (Thermal ) Blankets of Leno-Weave, and 100% Cotton Thermal Blankets without cellular weaves. These are exclusive varieties in cotton blankets. These are available in single double and
childrensizes.
These blankets are made with long staple, super soft ring spun carded cotton yarn, the count of yarn depending on the GSM required to be made. These are dyed on soft flow machines and tumble dried for a softer and fluffy blanket finish. Colours are
reactive, 60 degree fastness, and AZO free. Pastel medium and dark unidyed colours and also yarn dyed are available.
