We have 2 stitching floors, one for bathrobes & made ups and the other two for terry fabric and towels. Each towel floor can stitch up to 10,000pcs of bath towels per day whereas 1000 bathrobes can be stitched & packed on bathrobe floor.
So theannual capacity of confection is 300,000 Pcs per annum. The towel stitching department is equipped with a mix of European and Japanese machines. The manufacturers of these machines help us maintain our quality standard by providing
our production staff with in house training. Our product range includes bathrobes, pure whiteinstitutional towels, solid dyed, yarn dyed stripes and Jacquard towels in variety ofsizes and weights. The department is also equipped with Juki machines.
